Scope

This Return Policy applies to purchases from labelppmal.ddd. Geographic scope: We ship from the Netherlands. EU consumers have additional withdrawal rights under EU law. Topic: We sell dietary supplements. Unsealed supplement products may be subject to withdrawal restrictions as set out below.

2. Withdrawal Right (EU)

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days. You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened supplement bottles) if this is necessary to assess the nature of the goods. For unopened products, the withdrawal right applies in full.

4. Refunds

If you validly withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We may deduct any diminished value if goods were handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature.

5. Return Process

Contact us at support@labelppmal.world to initiate a return. We will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we have made an error.

6. Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
